Based in Unionville, Paul Conway's legal practice is focused on the individual. Whether a client is buying or re-financing a home, starting, buying, or selling a business, incorporating a company, buying a franchise, in need of assistance in enforcing or settling a debt, or putting his affairs in order with a will or power of attorney, Paul is dedicated to ensuring that his client receives his best advice, the most thorough documentation, and his personal attention throughout.
Paul brings a wide range of experience in law, in business, and as a senior corporate executive to advising and serving his clients. In addition to the practice of law, Paul has had the benefit of two tenures at The TDL Group Ltd. (Tim Hortons), first as General Counsel during the company's formative years, and more recently as Vice-President Corporate Development. He has also served as General Counsel to Kmart Canada Limited and as National Director of Real Estate for McDonald's Restaurants of Canada Limited.
