Laura Meikle is a Registered Massage Therapist and founder of Body Vital Massage Therapy. Laura graduated from BC's 3000 hour massage therapy program and started Body Vital Massage Therapy in 2003. Returning clients to health and out of pain as quickly as possible with the fewest appointments possible, addressing the root of the problem, and using evidence-based therapy are her goals. Craniosacral Therapy and LaStone Hot & Cold Stone are available, along with relaxation and therapeutic massage (from light to deep tissue)/ Laura has spent many years training in Pain Science and also back rehab.
