Is a certified Pilates Instructor who has been practicing Pilates Method since 1986 and instructing since 1990. He has studied with master Pilates teachers Dianne Miller, Romana Kryzanowska, Marie-Jose Blom-Lawrence, Ron Fletcher, and Joanna Abbott. He has also studied rehabilitation utilizing Pilates equipment with Gretta Von Gavel, PT, and the Anatomy Trains facial system with Structural Integrator Thomas Myers. He is past President and a founding board member of the Pilates Association of Canada.
