We use fresh fruit, vegetables & leafy greens, house made nut mylks & signature dressing. Our artisan breads are prepared via dehydration which preserves the foods vital nutrients.
All our menu items are GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE, with no refined sugars or flours, additives or preservatives.
One meal at Power House, equates to more than the 7-10 servings of fruits & vegetables recommended by Health Canada.
We are an Eco-friendly establishment created from local reclaimed woods. We utilize biodegradable packaging, compost, recycle & re-use. Ninety percent of our foods arrive in cardboard boxes, of which we recycle. We support the 100 mile diet, wildcrafting & our local farming community, ensuring our carbon footprint remains low.
