Sherlock provides inspection service for residential, small commercial and institutional buildings on southern Vancouver Island and the southern Gulf Islands. Don Ruggles has owned Sherlock and performed inspections since 1994.
Sherlock’s purpose is to provide useful information to help buyers, sellers, property managers and tenants make confident decisions about a purchase, sale, lease or building alteration. And through its affiliation with RespirCare Inspections Canada, Sherlock can provide Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) inspections as an add-on or stand-alone service. Sherlock also undertakes attic insulation inspection and sampling.
