The Whip Boxing & Fitness is affiliated with Boxing Ontario, Boxing Canada which is a non profit organization. We are the only gym in the Tri-Cities area with a World Champion as coach and head facilitator of its boxing program. We teach and run fitness boxing programs through schools in the Region.
