I just can't complain about any part of the service. -made an appointment -they showed up on time -did a great job -were friendly the whole time -cleaned up as if nothing happened. I think that's all customers ask for.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish. They answered all my questions. The plumbers were very nice and polite. I like how they have confirmation emails and a courtesy call to tell me that the plumber is on his way. The quotes were easy to understand. I have already recommended your company to my daughter and my neighbors. Thank you again and if we ever need anymore plumbing you'll be the first company we call.

I am so glad I called Northstar for my hot water tank. They did not try to upsell me to buy a new one. They also offered to move a couch for me. They are hard workers and enjoy their job. Thanks for the help and the courtesy.

Rob Hopkins just performed service on my kitchen plumbing and I want to leave this testimonial. In the last 36 years i have owned 5 homes and I have used 5 different plumbers. One was totally dishonest, 2 were ok and 2 were excellent. Out of the 5 plumbers i have used I must say that Rob Hopkins (licenced plumber and gas fitter) at Northstar Plumbing as been Number One in my experience. Out of the last 3 plumbers I have called to troubleshoot a 3 1/2 year old plumbing problem he is the only one who has found a solution for us. I give Rob a FIVE STAR RATING.

Just had a backwater valve installed. Awesome job! Richard and Dan are a great team. They treated my home with care. They were professional and you can tell they really enjoy their job. They poke alot of fun about a dirty job for my amusement i suppose. Thanks guys, I was more than happy to pay and will recommend your company hands down!

A shout out to Joanne. She answered the phone on the 2nd ring and arranged for a plumber to attend my home the same day. The plumber was very good at his job. I had a leak in the wall of my bathroom and to my surprise they had it fixed in no time at all. I will call upon them again.
