I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist .
I have experience working with relationship issues, anxiety, grief, depression, intimacy, identity, self-awareness and others. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, freedom from judgement or marginalization and, empowerment.
I have extensive experience working with individual issues relating to Sexuality and Alternative intimate lifestyles. I also have much experience navigating work with the 2sLGBTQIA+ community.
I practice counselling and psychotherapy, I employ psychodynamic approaches such as Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy. I promote individuality and personal happiness above maintaining the social status quo. I am pro-equality and support equal rights above all else.
