Each tailor-made session will leave you calm, serene, but also energized as if everything is now flowing more freely within your body. Centered, you will be able to go on more present during the day or easily fall in Morpheus’ arms at night.
Every yoga classes is customizable to your intention of the moment and is a mix of yoga postures, pranayama and meditation.
Health Coaching: Here we spend time on assessing and discussing the main keys to success towards good health. From motivation, habit tracking to actually moving your body, these sessions will give you tools to make healthier choices and quit the sedentary lifestyle.
No oil is used for massages. We do not offer insurance receipts for RMT, however receipts are available in ON if you have a coverage for a holistic health practitioner.
