es cierto este tipo ademas es un estafador pues no solo hace los contratos a nombre de terceros para que sus cuentas no sean envargadas, sino que sus cheuqes todos rebotan o da la orden de no pago una vez se realiza el cobro. ojala las empresas y municipios no contraten mas con este tipo de delincuentes. en carepa y otros municipios tiene deudas millonarias con proveedores

es de aclarar desde lugo que hay muchas empresas con este nombre pero nos referimos en particular a la del señor edwin ramon silva narvaez del municipio de apartado quien ademas le es de frecuente uso los materiales usados y de mala calidad en sus obras

no la recomiendo
le deve a todoe el mundo y no cuenta con respaldo de ningun proveedor para sus obras pues es muy incumplido con los págos tanto a obreros como proveedores, abstenerse ante todo de recibir cheques pues es seguro de carecer de fondos
