In the spring of 1999, a dream that I had a long time ago came true, to open a center where I could teach disciplines such as Kundalini yoga, taichi, dance and other disciplines. Years later we incorporated the Pilates method.

We have different massage techniques such as foot reflexology, metamorphic, lymphatic drainage and a long etc. We also offer healing therapies such as reiki and regression

Every day I find some reason to thank for having these tools that take care of my health and spiritual evolution and be able to transmit it to other people.

The greatest satisfaction for a teacher is that at the end of a class she feels that the students have been useful.
