De una gran sensibilidad y el gusto por la estética nace Pilar del Toro.Inicia su andadura en Sevilla en 1995. Gracias al apoyo, el esfuerzo y trabajo constante de su hermana y compañera Fátima, Pilar del Toro ha ido creciendo poco a poco, y hoy ocupa un lugar importante a nivel nacional en el sector infantil.
Pilar es la que diseña gracias a una constante creatividad y desbordante imaginación.Personalmente elige cada temporada los tejidos combinando diferentes texturas, botones, tira bordadas, cintas, encajes y cuidadosos bordados.
Su mente impregnada de recuerdos de abuela, de cajas de latón llena de alfileres de plata, hilos enrollados en carretes de madera, bastidores con iniciales bordadas en seda, todo ello hace que refleje una calidad especial en sus batones con capotas para bebe recien nacidos, en sus jesusitos con puntillas, en sus vestidos con tejidos para cada momento haciendo juego con niños descuidados en sus juegos.
Pilar del Toro quiso y quiere seguir haciendo sentir a ñiños y niñas de todas las edades principes y princesas de un lugar mágico.
Cada temporada elabora una nueva colección inspirada en el olor a tierra mojada de paseos por el campo, tardes de chimenea y chocolate caliente, de montañas lejanas inundadas de nieve, incienso y azahar de Sevilla en primavera, dias de sol, mar y risas de niños.
