Ruchi Realty Holdings Limited is the realty arm of Ruchi Group of Industries. With over 20 years of building businesses in the oil and pulses sector to dairy and agro commodities, power generation projects, Mr. Manish Shahra embarked on his real estate journey in the year 2008.
Currently we have 6 ongoing projects – Residential and Commercial projects across Pan India. The group is currently developing an estimated 7 million sq ft of prime real estate with the largest land reserves across the country. Our Housing projects include integrated townships and plotted development and the Commercial projects have retail and office spaces.
