P.S. Childs Master Thatcher is a thatching business, owned and operated by Peter Childs. Peter is an award winning craftsman, who qualified from the Countryside Agency’s Thatch Training Centre in Salisbury in the UK. With almost 40 years of experience in the industry, Peter has thatched roofs all over Ireland. Peter is also a member of the Suffolk Master Thatcher’s Association in England. Over the years the business has grown and Peter now has a number of apprentices working closely with him.
