Strength and fitness Supplies was founded back in 2012. Our Directors had been active in the fitness industry for many years and it was only when in attempting to open their own fitness premises they realised the substantial cost involved in purchasing gym equipment. This is where the idea originated, and a short time later a small unit was rented in Rosemount Business Park, and Strength and Fitness Supplies began trading.
