|#|Appalled with the costumer service from 511 tech solutions. Went in to get my iphone 5c screen repaired. Paid the cost to get it repaired. 2 days later, my phone fell from the couch from a hight of no more than 2 feet on to wooden floor and the screen cracked again. Having had iphones since they have been released I know the durability of the screens. This should not have happened. I then reenacted the exact fall of the phone with another iphone 5, knowing sure that the screen wouldn't crack and it didn't. Within an hour my phone was completely unusable, I couldn't open or close it. This would never happen with an original iphone screen. I arrived on monday morning to 511 tech solutions, and the person who deals with phone damage was not present. I then arrived back the following morning at 9.30am and the shop was closed. The shop was then finally opened 30 minutes late. When I explained what had happened with my phone, I was told I was going to have to pay 60 euro to fix the scre
