They are rude and inpolite. Not a good example of customer service. I live in a flat in Waterville and I needed the security key to enter the building. The property management called them and authorised them to sell the security key for my apt. I finished work at 4.30 and I drove from D15 to D2 to have the keys. They close at 5.30p. I called them at 5.20 ish to tell them that I was along the quay. I said "I might be a few mins late". They replied "we don' t care. We are closing at 5.30", we are not waiting for you and we don' t do overtime. I managed to arrive at 5.30.... I found them closing the doors. I told them "I am here" and they said... "we are closing we are not giving you the keys". I was speechless. I contacted the property management and ask them to ring them. The property management rang them but they were hanging up on him and would not respond to the property management guy. End of the story I did not get the keys.... I drove back from D2 to D15 and I had to ring my neigh
