Michael O'Loughlin is fully qualified to buy and sell the best beef, lamb and pork. All our produce comes from Bord Bia approved farmers.

Our beef comes directly from the farm and is hung for 21 days to mature. All our beef is dry hung for that extra special flavour. Our lamb comes mostly from the Burren in Co Clare.

These lambs are reared on the limestone land of the Burren to give a succulent taste. Our bacon comes from Oak Park in Co Tipperary. These pigs are reared on site. Our chickens are local from Co Limerick and Co Cork, fully traceable to farms.
