James Smyth established the firm of Smyth & Son, Solicitors in Drogheda in circa 1870. The traditional strength of the practice has always been its private client base and its expertise in the areas of Conveyancing, Wills and Trusts and Estate Management.
In addition to its traditional areas of expertise the firm has, during the course of the 1990’s, and particularly through the qualifications and skills of Bernard Gogarty, developed an acknowledged expertise in the related areas of Arbitration and Construction Law.
