The Founder – Áine Riordan FRICS FSCSI ACIArb MIEI
Áine is a Fellow of both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors & Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators & a Member of Engineers Ireland.
Following 9 years working on projects in the UK in the capacity of Engineer & Quantity Surveyor, Áine returned to Ireland in 1997 to take up a Senior Quantity Surveying position on the €600 million LUAS Light Rail Transit in Dublin. She then joined Nolan Ryan PQS practice in 2000, where she set-up & managed her own division shortly thereafter, becoming an Associate Director of Nolan Ryan in 2005 & a Regional Director of Nolan Ryan Tweeds (A White Young Green company) in 2007.
Áine joined Louis Berger Group in January 2009 as the Commercial Manager on the €1.0 billion Al Salam Street Tunnel and Expressway project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Upon returning to Ireland in late 2013 and, following a brief sabbatical, set up her own practice to focus on her primary areas of work interest, Contract Administration, Claims Management & Dispute Resolution.
