My name is Anne Emanuel Murphy and I opened my business in 2004. I originally started working in a well known wig boutique in Dublin nearly twenty years ago. I learned a great deal helping people with hair solutions while there. In addition to obtaining my Diploma in Management, I have continued to keep up to date on all new products on the market.
I have always loved the work of hair consultancy with those who suffer from hair loss in particular. Becoming a parent for a first time in 2003 brought out an even greater desire to establish myself as a market leader for people in need in this way. Over the years, I was told numerous times by clients to set up my own business since I was great at the job. Long story short, as I was walking one day, I saw a shop to let, and hence ‘Wigs By Rapunzels’ was born. In 2013 we won the Eircom ‘Digital Boost’ competition and rebranded to ‘Rapunzel Hair Solutions’.
Having confidence in myself, my knowledge of quality products and great customer service, I opened my doors. I decided then to focus on clients suffering from hair loss. I didn’t want to go down the road of all types of wigs. I believe that only the best quality should be supplied to necessity wearers. You should not have to settle for any machine-made wigs. “If I wouldn’t wear the wig, why would I expect someone else to?” was and remains my motto to this day.
We understand how hard it is for clients to walk through the door. However we are just two consultants, so rest assured, you will not be arriving to different staff on each visit. Louise has been with me for four years, and she is so caring and professional in her work. Together we look to provide the greatest comfort and ease during this time and leave you walking back through our doors feeling confident and satisfied.
