In the fortnightly Healing Circles we do a little grounding and meditation, listening to music perhaps; we work with Great Spirit, learn to communicate from the heart and dissolve our terror and fear and come into the divine innocence in the heart wherein we access our softness, innocence and joy. It is sacred space - safe, non-judgment, no blame or projection - taking each other in as we come home into our own fullness - all the better for receiving the gift of one another with gratitude and giggles - as well as tears ........... opening up without reservation to the amazing gift of life as it is - nothing to fix, no one to save, simply coming home to our own love, inner peace and power.
