Birrificio Marsos non è solo una fabbrica: è lincontro di gusti, sensazioni, sapori e amore per quello che offre il nostro territorio, un laboratorio dove mettere in bottiglia i nostri pensieri, per poterli condividere.Birra per passione nel 2010 si comincia a fare pratica in casa, come un gioco.
Due anni bastano, e si arriva a brassare: un gioco appunto che si trasforma sempre più in un lavoro. Da qui l'idea di produrre le bollicine. Inizia il viaggio per l'Europa alla scoperta dei vari stili birrai. Da lì si prende coraggio e ci lanciamo con l'avventura di Marsos Birra. La storia di una grande avventura orgoglio Marsicano.
2015: Come palestra, prende vita il locale Gusto Bistrò, in pieno centro ad Avezzano, la cui cucina diventa ben presto laboratorio preferito per trovare il tono di voce alla birra, tra risate e dubbi.
2016: Nasce ufficialmente Marsos Birra ad Avezzano (stabilimento di produzione in Via dei Gerani 7), capoluogo della Marsica. Tre varietà si fanno spazio e danno voce ad una passione ... Una Bionda da 7*, che non lascia spazio a dubbi di interpretazione: color oro chiaro al naso è potente, fruttata e fresca. Una Biondina che con i suoi 4,5* diventa perfetta per qualsiasi tipo di pasto. E a Sugello una Rossa, da 6*, che fa sentire perfettamente l'odore del luppolo. La definiamo la Birra dalle occasioni speciali. Oggi: Marsos Birra viene venduta in tutta Italia. Siamo usciti dalla nostra regione per cercare di diventare attenti ascoltatori dei giudizi altrui. Tutte le birre prodotte vengono sottoposte ad analisi sensoriali da parte di assaggiatori esterni. Altro obiettivo di Marsos Birra è lo studio dei diversi step legati al processo di fermentazione, con l'obiettivo di individuare ceppi autoctoni di lieviti allo scopo di avere birre ancora più originali.
