Officina Meccanica Zielo cav. Lino fonda le sue radici nell’esperienza maturata nel settore meccanico di precisione dal titolare, il cav. Zielo Lino. In gioventù emigra in Svizzera, dove trova l’ambiente ideale per sviluppare le sue capacità: un’officina meccanica ”Maschine Bau” di alta precisione. Inizia da “Hilfarbeit”(aiutante), studiando e lavorando, diventa in poco tempo attrezzista ed aiutante-capo. Con il tempo avanza ancora e diventa direttore tecnico. A quel tempo le macchine non erano servite da controlli elettronici, bensì da comandi meccanici e qui si realizzavano attrezzature e macchinari veramente speciali. Tornato in Italia nel 1970 fonda l’Officina Meccanica Zielo; con umiltà ma sempre in costante crescita, mette a frutto le esperienze acquisite e trova la via giusta allo sviluppo dell’attività. Si specializza nella rullatura di viti di manovra, senza trascurare le lavorazioni meccaniche. In tal modo diventa una delle aziende leader nel settore. Grazie ai continui investimenti tecnici e tecnologici, come l’acquisto di macchinari all’avanguardia e la formazione di operatori specializzati, l’Officina riesce a proporsi sia sul mercato nazionale che su quello straniero, offrendo prodotti di sicura qualità. Lino sono la produzione di “viti di manovra rullate” con tutti i profili di viteria meccanica, metriche, trapezoidali, modulari ecc. con uno o più principi su tutti i materiali atti alla deformazione, comprensive delle relative madreviti” e diametri da 3 a 300 mm. La rullatura è un procedimento di estrusione a freddo che, per deformazione plastica del materiale, permette di ottenere una filettatura liscia in superficie e assolutamente precisa.
