Luigi Tarquini, titolare della Macelleria Tarquini, ha da sempre privilegiato l'utilizzo di carni provenienti da allevamenti locali. Fin dall'apertura della macelleria, Luigi ha voluto fortemente stabilire con il territorio un rapporto privilegiato. Conoscendo gli allevatori e il loro modo di concepire l'allevamento ha stabilito con essi un rapporto di fiducia che gli consente di offrire ai propri clienti, carni di alta qualità. Nella sua idea, questo approccio è l'unico che può consentire di differenziarsi dalle produzioni provenienti da allevamenti intensivi. Certamente più profittevoli ma di minore qualità. Le tecniche zootecniche dei nostri contadini rifuggono dall'utilizzo di antibiotici, ormoni, additivi ecc. Un'idea quindi che vuole creare un gap con il modo di alimentarsi corrente, talvolta imposto dalla grande distribuzione. In quest'ottica ha ampliato la sua offerta con salumi artigianali, pronto cuoci, hamburger, würstel di maiale, würstel di pollo e tacchino e alcuni prodotti di gastronomia, tutti rigorosamente artigianali. È Luigi stesso che va negli allevamenti e sceglie gli animali. La macellazione avviene nei mattatoi locali nel pieno rispetto delle normative vigenti. La qualità prima di tutto!
