La Macelleria Masi nasce nel 1991, raccogliendo tutta l’esperienza del titolare Filippo Masi. Filippo ha, infatti, cominciato ad avvicinarsi a questa professione nel 1980. Allora tredicenne, si recava in “bottega” dopo la scuola, per lavorare come apprendista in una macelleria. É proprio sul campo, quindi, che ha sentito crescere la passione per questa attività, cercando di cogliere tutte le sfaccettature e i segreti dai suoi “maestri”. Crescendo ha capito e deciso che quello sarebbe stato il suo lavoro. Diverse le esperienze svolte nel settore. Il signor Masi ha, infatti, lavorato in alcune strutture, anche di grande distribuzione. Il cambiamento è avvenuto nel 1991, quando, spinto dal desiderio d’indipendenza, ha aperto una sua attività, che continua ad operare con successo e a regalare al titolare e al suo team numerose soddisfazioni. Nonostante i riscontri già ottenuti, Filippo e i suoi non si sono fermati, optando per una maggiore innovazione. Dopo ben 24 anni, la Macelleria Masi si è ampliata, rinnovata e arricchita del servizio “brace d’asporto” e di numerose novità.
