Il servizio, laccoglienza e i profumi della pasticceria salata e dolce accompagnano il cliente in tutti i momenti della giornata, raccontando una storia che inizia nel 1968, nata dalla passione per larte della pasticceria di Elio ed Alberto, proseguita poi da Sandro e dai fratelli Armando e Luciano e dalla competenza dei maestri pasticceri che con loro lavorano.Negli anni Novanta la svolta: il locale in via San Francesco viene ristrutturato, entrano nuovi macchinari, si innova il servizio. E si lavora sulle proposte al bancone che si arricchisce di mignon, semifreddi, mousse e torte personalizzate. Il cliente impara a conoscere le specialità di una pasticceria moderna che si accompagna, sempre e comunque, a quella classica con bontà in pasta sfoglia e pan di Spagna.Nel tempo la pasticceria diventa un riferimento per i suoi prodotti artigianali e sinonimo di qualità e sperimentazione. Nel 2000 la torta del Giubileo di Zoppi viene selezionata tra le vincitrici del concorso nazionale indetto per loccasione.Oggi, nel suo laboratorio è realizzato il dolce che celebra il compleanno dellImperatore Federico II di Svevia, nato a Jesi il 26 dicembre del 1194. Una corona di frolla con mandorle, noci e confettura di albicocche per esaltare la tradizione in chiave moderna e così incontrare la storia.
