Nel vicino fondovalle si estende la confinante città di Alba; a sinistra la pianura cuneese, a destra le prime colline del Monferrato, sullo sfondo lampio scenario delle alpi dal Monviso al Monte Rosa. Di spalle le antiche chiese dellImmacolata Concezione(1749 di scuola Juvarresca) e della parrocchiale San Lorenzo(1780 dellArch. Carlo Em. Rangone) che, con i loro svettanti campanili, disegnano il panorama dellabitato. La Residenza è nata come risposta pilota ai problemi della terza età, facendosi carico di offrire assistenza morale, spirituale e sanitaria. Le motivazioni profonde dellopera nascono dalla carità cristiana che porta con sé, quale frutto prezioso, la solidarietà e la condivisione. La Parrocchia di San Lorenzo La Residenza svolge le seguenti attività: LA CASA DI CURA: attività di riabilitazione motoria e neuromotoria in regime di convenzione con il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale(SSN) accreditata in fascia C con la D.G.R. n. 62-14063 del 22/11/2004 e, successivamente, riclassificata in fascia A con D.G.R. n.125-3646 del 2/08/2006. I SERVIZI PRIVATI: attività di riabilitazione motoria e neuromotoria in regime privatistico.
