Virtual Essence rolled out the first truly comprehensive local E-Learning application for Kenyan primary schools in 2009 under the brand name MsingiPACK (for Upper Primary 8-4-4, for Lower Primary and Upper Primary in the new Competency Based Curriculum, CBC), an all-inclusive package that is currently used in over 2,500 private schools across the country spanning 40 out of 47 counties (85% coverage) and over 1.2m devices in Kenya.
