Deze manier van coachen maakt ruimte voor zelfinzicht, bewustwording, acceptatie, persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling.Paarden spiegelen het gevoel en gedrag van mensen. In een paar seconden weet het paard wat er in jou om gaat. Paarden lijken op datgene te reageren wat spanning geeft, wat niet klopt of ontbreekt. Paarden laten dit direct zien via hun lichaamstaal. Ik als paardencoach lees af wat het paard oppikt en ga hierover met jou in gesprek.
