Ceintuur Theater is Amsterdam's rotisserie restaurant in the heart of De Pijp. Chef Atti de Moll roasts seasonally over open fire chicken, lamb, pork, vegetables, slow-turned and served with bold, Mediterranean-inspired sides. The menu runs all day: coffee and pastries in the morning, brunch and lunch, and dinner late into the evening. There's a carefully chosen wine list, well-crafted cocktails, and cold beer to match. All of this inside a beautifully restored 1920s theatre - high ceilings, warm light, and an atmosphere you can't manufacture. Open every day from morning until midnight.
