Bij Fysio Bunnik kunt u terecht voor verschillende soorten therapieën die meestal, maar niet uitsluitend, bedoeld zijn om een probleem aan het bewegingsapparaat te verhelpen.( dat wil zeggen problemen van de gewrichten en de wervelkolom, armen en benen en voor de beweging noodzakelijke spieren en pezen )Een probleem in het bewegingsapparaat (spieren, pezen en gewrichten) komt meestal door overbelasting (te lang, te vaak, verkeerd gebruiken) of onderbelasting (altijd achter een bureau zitten en dan opeens de tuin gaan omspitten). Als de belasting die u van uw lichaam vraagt hoger is dan de belastbaarheid, dan krijgt u blessures.
Bewegen wordt dan moeilijk en pijnlijk. Ook de spieren verkrampen en de pijn kan uitstralen naar andere delen van het lichaam.
Met behulp van fysiotherapie kan de stoornis worden verminderd of verholpen. Fysiotherapie heeft onder andere als behandelingsmogelijkheden diverse vormen van mobilisatie technieken, oefentherapie, houdingscorrectie, massage en het eventueel toedienen van fysische prikkels.
Ook is er de mogelijkheid voor manuele therapie, sportrevalidatie, fysio fitness, dry needling, bekkenbodem therapie, psychosomatische fysiotherapie, haptonomie, post operatieve revalidatie, medical taping, loopanalyse, kinderoefen therapie, Cesar therapie, bindweefsel massage en Feldenkrais.
Ook zijn wij verbondenen met het Schoudernetwerk Midden Nederland, het Claudicatio netwerk en het Parkinson netwerk.
