Als personal trainer streef ik na om iedereen op een verantwoorde manier te laten sporten en sterker te maken. Mijn specialiteit ligt dan ook bij krachttraining, trainen met losse gewichten en powerlifting. Hierbij combineer ik trainingsmethodes voor toename van spierkracht en spiermassa.Mijn visie is dat iedereen gebaat is bij krachttraining. De voordelen zijn er te veel om op te noemen! Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een betere botdichtheid, het verlaagt de bloeddruk, verbetert je weerstand, gaat diabetes tegen en meer spiermassa zorgt voor meer calorieverbranding.
Maar denk daarnaast ook aan de mentale voordelen, zoals meer zelfvertrouwen, helpt tegen depressie en het verbetert de cognitieve functies.
Naast de personal training bied ik ook begeleiding aan op het gebied van voeding. Voor de serieuze sporter is de juiste voeding een onmisbaar element om zijn of haar doel te halen.
Wat betreft voeding is net als bij fitness sprake van vele meningen en een jungle aan informatie. Ik ben geen kok die trendy recepten voor je zal bedenken. Wel maak ik een op maat gemaakt en effectief voedingsschema die bij zal dragen aan het bereiken van jouw doel!
