Huisartsen Gelderse Vallei is de overkoepelende organisatie voor huisartsenzorg in de Gelderse Vallei. Wij bieden ondersteuning aan huisartsen en organiseren de huisartsenzorg buiten kantooruren en de ketenzorg in de dagpraktijken. De organisatie is in 2013 ontstaan uit een fusie tussen de Coöperatieve vereniging Huisartsenpost ‘de Gelderse Vallei’ en de Regionale Organisatie Huisartsen Gelderse Vallei.Huisartsen Gelderse Vallei bestaat uit een vereniging en een werkmaatschappij. Bij de Coöperatieve vereniging Huisartsen Gelderse Vallei zijn alle huisartsen uit de regio aangesloten. De vereniging wordt bestuurd door een bestuur van vier huisartsen en is enig aandeelhouder in de werkmaatschappij Holding Huisartsen Gelderse Vallei B.V. De holding heeft drie dochterondernemingen:
Huisartsenpost Gelderse Vallei levert de spoedeisende huisartsenzorg buiten kantooruren.
Ketenzorg Gelderse Vallei organiseert en faciliteert bepaalde vormen van chronische zorg
in de dagpraktijk.
POH GGZ Gelderse Vallei ondersteunt huisartsen bij het leveren van geestelijke
gezondheidszorg in de dagpraktijk.
De holding en haar dochterondernemingen worden bestuurd door een Raad van Bestuur die bestaat uit een algemeen directeur en een medisch directeur. De Raad van Commissarissen houdt onafhankelijk toezicht op de organisatie.
