RIBW AVV biedt specialistische begeleiding aan volwassenen en jongeren vanaf 16 jaar die langere tijd psychiatrische en/of ernstige psychosociale problemen hebben bij het leven, wonen en werken in de maatschappij. Dit doen we in nauwe samenspraak met onze cliënten, op basis van wat zij kunnen en willen.Specialistische begeleiding
Cliënten van RIBW AVV krijgen specialistische begeleiding en ondersteuning bij voorkeur in de thuissituatie, soms in een beschermde woonsetting. De begeleiding is in principe tijdelijk en duurt zo kort als mogelijk, maar langer als dat nodig is. Sommige cliënten krijgen een paar maanden specialistische begeleiding, terwijl anderen jarenlang ondersteuning nodig hebben.
Voor wie we werken
Onze cliënten zijn gewone mensen, van jong tot oud. Ze hebben allemaal een psychiatrische of psychosociale kwetsbaarheid. Ook werken we met speciale doelgroepen, zoals mensen met een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel, autisme of korsakov. En met asielzoekers, dak- en thuislozen, ouderen met een intensieve verzorgingsbehoefte en ex-delinquenten. Jongeren vanaf 11 jaar die na behandeling (tijdelijk) niet thuis kunnen wonen, begeleiden we op weg naar zelfredzaamheid en zelfstandigheid.
