Voor mensen die vragen of klachten hebben over het bewegen en/of de lichaamshouding. Tevens voor revalidatie na een operatie of blessure. De klachten kunnen gaan over pijn, krachtsvermindering, spanning/stress, stijfheid, moeite met bewegen etc. De problemen hierbij kunnen zich voordoen in het dagelijks leven, op het werk en tijdens/na sport of hobby.
Ook mensen met loopproblemen vanwege bijv. Claudicatio Intermittens kunnen bij ons terecht voor looptraining.
Wat kunt u verwachten?
Er zal bij uw eerste bezoek een analyse gemaakt worden van uw gezondheidsprobleem/hulpvraag. Dit gebeurt door middel van het stellen van vragen en een onderzoek. De conclusie zal met u worden besproken en aan de hand daarvan wordt samen met u een plan van aanpak opgesteld. De behandeling kan bestaan uit het geven van informatie en advies, manuele therapievormen, houdingsoefeningen, doelgerichte trainingen, massage, tapemethoden en zonodig aanvullend toepassen van apparatuur.
Bent u goed verzekerd?
Jaarlijks gaan miljoenen mensen naar de fysiotherapeut. Het is belangrijk dat u hiervoor goed verzekerd bent. In vele gevallen is het nodig om een aanvullende verzekering te hebben voor fysiotherapie.
