Succes = Human Performance x Human resourceMijn naam is Louis Passos. Ik ben sinds 2002 werkzaam als HR Business Partner / HR Manager. In 2011 ben ik gestart als freelance HR-professional en sindsdien heb ik bij diverse organisaties in diverse HR-gerelateerde opdrachten gewerkt.
Ik werk pragmatisch, klantgericht en werk daarbij graag samen met actieve professionals die zich laten leiden door de inhoud en focussen op het resultaat.
Als HR Business Partner richt ik mij met name op de organisatie waarbij ik het management adviseer en ondersteun om hun strategie te implementeren en doelstellingen te realiseren. Als sparringpartner kijk ik naar teams en de omgeving waarin zij opereren. High performance, strategische personeelsplanningen en leiderschap zijn daarbij thema’s waaraan ik veel aandacht besteed om organisaties verder te helpen in de toekomst.
Als HR Manager heb ik een HR afdeling gereorganiseerd bij een technisch bedrijf. Daarbij is de omslag gemaakt van reactief naar proactief werken voor het management. Ik heb daarbij zoveel mogelijk E-HRM toepassingen ingevoerd om de uitvoering van HR processen te vergemakkelijken.
Als HR Project Manager heb ik vele reorganisaties begeleid, inclusief de intensieve adviestrajecten met de OR. Daarnaast heb ik tijdens mijn projecten pensioen- en arbeidsvoorwaarden aangepast met de daarbij behorende consultatie- en adviestrajecten. Verder heb ik de implementatie geleid van Oracle HRMS, een performance management- en applicant tracking systeem.
