Onze klanten helpen we met aandacht en kwaliteitsproducten. Wij zijn een groeiend en innovatief bedrijf met 21 winkels en een webshop; een echt familiebedrijf met korte lijntjes. In 1907 richtte Karel Voncken een bakkerij aan de Sittarderweg op. Nu, 4 generaties later bakt Voncken brood en banket voor Heerlen en omstreken. Frans en Piroschka Voncken leiden het bedrijf vanaf 1993 en hebben naast de hoofdvestiging nog 17 filialen.
Het bedrijf is gegroeid door investeringen in bakkerij, verkooppunten en automatisering. Van een eenmanszaak met 4 personeelsleden tot een modern geleide onderneming met 18 filialen en 195 medewerkers. Met uitgebreide leveringen aan derden.
De onderneming voldoet aan de hoge eisen voor de Voedsel Waren Autoriteit (VWA) opgelegd in zake HACCP. Dit houdt in dat de bakkerij en filialen onverwacht worden gecontroleerd op hygiëne en kwaliteit.
Alle bedrijfsauto’s zijn voorzien van hypermoderne koelinstallaties. Om aan het 3e kanaal zowel de vereiste kwaliteit als ook op de gewenste tijden te kunnen leveren.
Service heeft de hoogste prioriteit, dit blijkt o.a. uit de tweede prijs die Frans in 1999 in ontvangst mocht nemen voor de meest “service gerichte onderneming”.
Waardering voor klantentrouw toont men door het hanteren van een eigen “klantenpuntsysteem” in de filialen. Klanten kunnen zo automatisch sparen voor diverse producten.
Bakkerij Voncken werkt 7 dagen per week om op flexibele wijze aan de eisen van haar klanten voor zowel kwaliteit, service en logistiek te voldoen.
