Sint Annaklooster is een brede zorginstelling. Met een op maat gesneden aanbod van zorg- en dienstverlening wil Sint Annaklooster mensen in moeilijke situaties ondersteunen en begeleiden.Sint Annaklooster organiseert zorgzame zorg vanuit de woonwijk in Eindhoven, Helmond, Valkenswaard en Geldrop.
De zorg is er op gericht om bijvoorbeeld in de eigen leef- en woonomgeving te herstellen na een ziekenopname, te zorgen voor een ziek gezinslid of om thuis zo lang mogelijk van de oude dag te genieten.
De zorg- en dienstverlening wordt wijkgericht ingezet en biedt de navolgende vormen. Uiteraard afgestemd op de persoonlijke wensen en behoeften:
• Hulp bij huishouden (ondersteuning of totale verzorging van huishoudelijke taken).
• Persoonlijke verzorging (hulp bij douchen, eten en drinken, of beweging en houding. Gericht op zelfredzaamheid).
• Verpleging (begeleiding bij gezondheidsproblemen en eventueel toedienen van medicijnen, wondverzorging en het geven van injecties).
• Begeleiding (aanbrengen van structuur in uw dagindeling).
• Geestelijke begeleiding (professionele hulp bij vraagstukken over zingeving, op basis van uw geloofs- of levensovertuiging).
Wanneer zorg thuis, om wat voor reden dan ook, niet meer mogelijk is biedt Sint Annaklooster zorg bij:
Hospices: Hospice de Regenboog, Hospice en Logeerhuis Valkenhaeghe;
Logeerhuizen: Logeerhuis en Hospice In Via, Hospice en Logeerhuis Valkenhaeghe.
