De Logopedische Praktijk Laren geeft informatie, advies, behandeling en vinger-aan-de-pols rondom:

De praktijk voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen, die worden gevraagd om ingeschreven te staan in het kwaliteitsregister van logopedisten.
Er wordt rekening gehouden met de geheimhouding, alle verstrekte informatie is strikt vertrouwelijk en zal alleen aan derden worden doorgegeven, indien u daarvan op de hoogte bent en toestemming voor hebt gegeven.
Verwijzing en kostvergoeding: De kosten van het onderzoek en de behandeling worden vergoed door uw ziektekostenverzekeraar. Hebt u een restitutie-polis, dan ontvangt u zelf maandelijks een declaratie. De tarieven voor logopedie zijn wettelijk vastgesteld. U hebt altijd een verwijsbrief nodig van een arts. Bij de eerste afspraak in de praktijk neemt u deze verwijsbrief mee, evenals uw verzekeringsgegevens.
Mocht u een afspraak niet kunnen nakomen, dan kunt u 24 uur voor aanvang de afspraak afzeggen. Indien u niet tijdig afbelt, wordt het verzuimtarief bij u in rekening gebracht.
Behandeling: De eerste afspraak bestaat uit een intake-gesprek. Voor een uitgebreid onderzoek zijn soms meerdere afspraken noodzakelijk. Na het onderzoek wordt de conclusie met u besproken en wordt er beslist, of er een behandeling volgt. De behandeling duurt 30 minuten, meestal 1 maal per week. Indien nodig, kan de behandeling aan huis plaatsvinden. Tijdens de behandeling wordt er geoefend en u herhaalt die oefeningen thuis dagelijks. Het verloop van de behandeling wordt regelmatig met u besproken. Het aantal behandelingen is afhankelijk van de soort en de ernst van de klachten.
