Als belangrijke voorwaarde ziet Marieke Scheffers de gelijkwaardige en open samenwerking tussen betrokkenen bij het leerproces. Veiligheid en onderling vertrouwen is hierbij essentieel. In dit kader besteedt zij gericht aandacht aan het proces voorafgaand aan een coaching en is er ten alle tijde ruimte voor tussentijdse afstemming.
