Constructie Bureau van Zijl is een constructiebureau met ruime ervaring in de bouw. Naast een HTS en HTI opleiding en ervaring als constructeur, heb ik 16 jaar ervaring als zelfstandig aannemer. Hierdoor heb ik een praktische kijk op de zaak.Wat:
Werkzaamheden bestaan uit constructieve berekeningen van: woningen, uitbouwen, verbouwingen, kantoren, hallen, detailberekeningen staalconstructies, detailberekeningen houtconstructies, enz. Constructiebureau Van Zijl doet ook tekenwerk van de constructie en indien nodig details en evt. indienen bij de gemeente. Daarnaast is meedenken aan bouwkundige oplossingen of het beoordelen van een bestaande constructie ter plaatse mogelijk.
Constructie bureau van Zijl doet geen bouwkundige ontwerpen maken en/of complete bouwaanvragen voor hallen, kantoren, woningen, uitbouwen, enz. (dit is meer het terrein van een architect of tekenbureau).
Waar:
Ons werkgebied is heel Nederland. Ons meeste werk bevind zich in de ring: Amsterdam, Hilversum, Utrecht, Woerden, Hoofddorp.
Hoe:
Constructieberekeningen worden gemaakt volgens Eurocodes. Er wordt daarbij gebruik gemaakt van een raamwerken-programma en een standaard rekenprogramma. Tekenwerk wordt uitgevoerd in Autocad. Rapportage kan verschillen van een mail met een maat erop tot en met een volledig rapport, incl. constructietekeningen. Al naar gelang de aard van het werk en de vraag van de klant.
De algemene voorwaarden die door Constructiebureau Van Zijl gehanteerd worden zijn DNR 2011. Deze zijn van toepassing op alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
