HaptotherapieHaptonomie
Hapto betekent, vrij vertaald uit het Grieks, 'ik voel, ik raak aan'. Haptonomie richt zich op de ontwikkeling van het gevoelsleven en hoe je omgaat met jezelf, met je omgeving en met wat je meemaakt.
Haptotherapie
Haptotherapie helpt je meer bewust te worden van jezelf en je gevoelens in contact met de ander. Ik maak gebruik van het gesprek, dat je informatie kan geven. En daarnaast zijn het vooral de lichaamservaringen vanuit de haptotherapie die je nieuwe inzichten verschaffen en veranderingsprocessen op gang brengen of ondersteunen.
Door middel van aanraken en contactoefeningen word je uitgenodigd te luisteren naar wat je lijf je vertelt. Je wordt je bewuster van onderliggende patronen; waar je op welk moment blokkeert, jezelf terughoudt of teveel geeft. Je leert weer recht te doen aan gevoelens die zijn weggestopt en je kan je eigen kracht meer ervaren.
Haptotherapie helpt je bij het zoeken naar een evenwicht tussen denken en voelen, tussen het naar binnen en buiten gericht zijn, tussen zorg voor jezelf en zorg voor de ander.

Kosten
Afhankelijk van je aanvullende zorgverzekering kan haptotherapie (deels) vergoed worden. Ik ben geregistreerd bij de VVH.
Een sessie kost € 82,- en duurt 50 minuten.
