Mijn passie is om mensen te bewegen van klacht naar kracht vanuit een holistische benadering (lichaamsgericht, geestelijk, emotioneel, energetisch en spiritueel) en ik begeleid mensen graag bij de universiteit die ‘het leven’ heet.Vanaf september (2022) is mijn logo veranderd in Marianne Timmermans, Bewust Beter Voor Je Lijf en werk ik uitsluitend als psychodynamisch (fysio)therapeut gericht op bewustzijnsontwikkeling. Voor preventie, bewuste leefstijl en vitaliteit, kies je ‘Bewust Beter Voor Je Lijf’! (Ook voor jongvolwassenen).
Individuele (fysio)therapie voor leren omgaan met pijn en stress, met lichaamsgerichte behandelmethodes: ademtherapie, ontspanning, biofeedback, hartcoherentietraining, psychodynamische therapie, HappyBodyFlow (groepsles), dansante Flow.
Voor begeleiding bij persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei. “Leren omdenken en oude gewoonten doorbreken. Leren omgaan met stress symptomen”.
(Gejaagdheid, onrust, piekeren, angst/paniek, hyperventilatie, problemen met ademhaling, ook post-COVID, burn-out, energieverlies, vermoeidheid, verhoogde (spier)spanning, slaapproblemen, problemen met bewegen, trauma)
Methodes die ik kan inzetten zijn: 'Acceptance Commitment Therapie (ACT) (zowel online als persoonlijk begeleid), 'Graded exposure', motiverende gespreksvoering, geweldloze communicatie, PRI (Past Reality Integration), RET (Rationeel Emotieve Therapie), yin yoga en NLP.
Vergoeding - Wat ik aanbied, valt onder fysiotherapie óf complementaire alternatieve zorg.
‘Bewust Beter Voor Je Lijf’! Is het juiste adres in Veghel en omstreken, als je op zoek bent naar een therapeut gericht op bewustzijnsontwikkeling, die anders werkt dan de 'gewone fysiotherapeut'. Die breder kijkt met persoonlijke aandacht, die op de unieke mens afstemt en de mensen graag helpt om de weg terug te vinden naar 'lekker in je vel zitten'.
Het is zeker ook een goede mogelijkheid of tussenstap voor die cliënten die op de wachtlijst staan voor revalidatie of psycholoog of waarbij mijn begeleiding kan samengaan met de ondersteuning door praktijkondersteuner of huisarts.
