Wij zijn Bouwbedrijf Joziasse b.v., en ons bedrijf is al ruim 45 jaar gespecialiseerd in het uitvoeren van alle denkbare onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan woningen en gebouwen, aan- en verbouwingen en werken voor woningbouw coöperaties en gemeenten.Kwaliteit, veelzijdigheid en flexibiliteit zijn onze sleutelwoorden.
Ons bedrijf is flexibel en is uitgerust met een modern kantoor, machinale werkplaats, magazijn en een opslag ruimte. Bouwbedrijf Joziasse is o.a. lid van Bouwend Nederland, en is gecertificeerd volgens de normen van het ISO 9001 kwaliteit systeem en wij zijn VCA gecertificeerd. Voor het ingevoerde kwaliteit systeem bewaken wij constant de vereiste procedures, en zien toe dat werkzaamheden volgens de richtlijnen worden uitgevoerd.
Bouwbedrijf Joziasse is opgericht in 1960 door de naamgever dhr J. Joziasse. Een oud pakhuis in de binnenstad was tegelijkertijd kantoor, werkplaats en magazijn. Met een oude bestelwagen bezocht hij zijn klanten in de directe omgeving. In 1995 is het bedrijf overgenomen door de huidige directeur Johan de Visser.Het bouwbedrijf is sindsdien gegroeid van 8 naar 60 medewerkers en had daarvoor behoefte aan uitbreiding van de bedrijfsruimte. In 1999 werd het pand naast de al bestaande locatie aan de Industrieweg 25 gekocht. Daarmee werden opslagruimte, werkplaats en kantoorruimte verdubbeld.
