Baanbrekers is een publieke onderneming voor werk en inkomen. Wij vervullen zowel economisch als maatschappelijk een vitale rol in de regionale samenleving. Namens de gemeenten Heusden, Loon op Zand en Waalwijk biedt Baanbrekers op een vernieuwende en coöperatieve manier dienstverlening aan werkgevers en aan mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Onze organisatie heeft hierbij oog voor zowel het sociale als het zakelijke. Het uiteindelijke doel van Baanbrekers is mensen volwaardig te laten meedoen aan de maatschappij en aan werk. Baanbrekers is sterk in mens en werk!Onze activiteiten op een rij:
- Wij brengen werkgevers in contact met personen die aan de slag kunnen op de arbeidsmarkt.
- Wij brengen personen die aan de slag kunnen op de arbeidsmarkt in contact met werkgevers.
- Wij zijn er voor inwoners van de gemeenten Heusden, Loon op Zand en Waalwijk die niet in hun eigen levensonderhoud kunnen voorzien of die te maken krijgen met hoge bijzondere bestaanskosten.
- Wij verrichten – bij ons en op locatie – allerlei activiteiten voor opdrachtgevers. Denk hierbij aan: inpakken, ompakken, samenstellen, wassen, cateren, stimuleren van de kringloop.
- Wij zijn nauw betrokken bij WML Facilitair (beveiliging, groenvoorziening en schoonmaak).
- Wij maken werk van werk. Dat doen we op een klant- en mensgerichte manier.
