Modieuze maatschoen
Modieuze schoenen op maat, daar draait het om bij Van Nieuwenhoven. Dit kunnen orthopedische schoenen zijn, maar ook confectieschoenen met een kleine aanpassing. Ook voor mensen zonder voetproblemen zijn er comfortschoenen. Modieuze schoenen, waarbij pasvorm en comfort extra aandacht krijgen. Schoenen in diverse breedtematen en met losse inlegzolen. Hiermee onderscheidt de zaak zich van andere schoenenzaken.
In 1994 werd de dienstverlening uitgebreid met comfortschoenen. Een vast team van medewerkers staat klaar om de voetproblemen te analyseren en een zo goed mogelijke oplossing te zoeken. Een los supplement, zoals een steunzool, kan voor een kleiner probleem al voldoende effectief zijn. Bij complexere problemen komen klanten met een doorverwijzing van bijvoorbeeld een orthopeed, revalidatiearts, reumatoloog of huisarts. Voeten worden dan opgemeten, er worden modellen gemaakt in kunststof en aan de hand daarvan worden maatwerkschoenen ontwikkeld.
Bij de collectie comfortschoenen wordt gelet op losse elementen, zoals zooltjes. Deze kunnen dan, indien nodig, vervangen worden door eigen steunzolen.
