We will also provide you with a reminder call the night before, as there is a fee for cancellations on the day, and an annual reminder call will be made from our database. Payment is made to the chimney sweep on completion of the clean and he will provide you with a receipt and a business card for your records.We are equipped to clean the flue or chimney of most types of solid fuel burners and open fires and where safe and practical we will perform the clean from the roof. As part of the clean you will be advised of any maintenance or repairs that need to be carried out and where possible we are happy to provide you with a fixed quote.We offer a beneficiary and pensioner discount and all of our work is guaranteed so there will be no mess and no problems.The New Zealand Fire Service and most Insurance Companies advise a chimney must be cleaned once a year and it is our aim to make this easy for you.
