|#|VERY BAD SERVICE , NOT HONEST , BIG RIPOFF , NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ! This is our story : we are two tourists travelling the south island , we just bought a campervan and needed to fix some electric problems with the camper , we called in the shop and they told us we can come the following day at 8 oclock to put the car in , we came at time , we were asked to explain the problems and leave the car for the day , they said they will call us when its ready , we asked them to call us before they do the work with a quote so we can decide what should be done . after 3 hrs we recived an SMS from Greg the owner saying : "YOUR VAN IS READY , 303.5$" , WE DIDNT UNDERSTAND , no quote before just a bill for a work without our approval , we came to the shop , the owner Greg was very rude , he didnt explain what was done , and called us to the machine and said " just f**cking pay and leave " we were amazed by the attitude , and asked to see the bill , in the bill was explained they changed parts
