|#|They told me for over 2 years that my property was in "excellent condition", yet it had water damage to the wooden lounge floor for that entire period. They mismanaged my property investment, costing me time and money. They were rude, unhelpful and irresponsible. NZ has to bring in legislation to license property managers so you can report them to a governing body.
